Kinhtedothi - On November 13 in Thai Binh, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) coordinated with the People's Committee of Thai Binh province to organize a conference to disseminate legal documents on land.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Le Minh Ngan said that the Land Law 2024 coming into effect soon will contribute to the goal of innovation, perfecting institutions and policies, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of land management and use, creating momentum to turn our country into a developed country with high income; in which, it has comprehensively covered all aspects of land management; promoted decentralization, delegation of power, reform of administrative procedures, promoted the role, responsibility and initiative of local authorities at all levels in land management and use.
Also according to Deputy Minister Le Minh Ngan, to ensure that the 2024 Land Law comes into effect, in a short time, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has actively coordinated with relevant ministries, branches and agencies to develop and submit to the Government for promulgation a decree implementing the Land Law, which takes effect in sync with the law. At the same time, the Ministry has also issued circulars according to its assigned authority.
This is the result of the spirit, persistent, diligent, serious working attitude, the contribution of effort, intelligence, and responsibility of the cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the Natural Resources and Environment sector, and the active coordination of ministries, branches, and localities, thereby contributing to the efficiency, liberation of land resources, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security, and sustainable development in the period of industrialization, modernization, and perfecting the socialist-oriented market economic institution.
At the conference, delegates listened to reporters from agencies under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment presenting new points of the 2024 Land Law and Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Land Law; Decree No. 101/2024/ND-CP regulating basic land surveys; registration, issuance of Certificates of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land and the Land Information System; Decree No. 71/2024/ND-CP regulating land prices; Decree No. 88/2024/ND-CP regulating compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land.
