On November 22, Changpeng Zhao announced his resignation as CEO of the Binance exchange. This move is part of a settlement between the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Binance exchange. On the same day, CZ also appeared in a Seattle court and pleaded guilty to "failure to comply with anti-money laundering regulations".
