Destination for food and beverage ingredients businesses

Fi Vietnam 2024 is an international exhibition on food and beverage ingredients in Vietnam, gathering 175 businesses from more than 30 countries and territories to participate.

In particular, at the innovative beverage display space (Bev Hub), visitors will have the opportunity to explore innovative beverage products, unique ideas, exclusive ingredients and breakthrough recipes inspired by Vietnam and Asia.

In addition, at 03 ingredient booths: Beverage ingredients (Bi); Health ingredients (Hi); Natural ingredients (Ni), here are displayed and introduced natural, organic and sustainable products with many new and innovative ingredients, focusing on comprehensive health, meeting the increasing demands of the market and creative solutions to meet the diverse needs of F&B businesses... opening up different development opportunities for businesses in the food and beverage industry.

Speaking at the exhibition, Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam - Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Food Science and Technology said that Fi Vietnam 2024 takes place for suppliers, manufacturers, processors, domestic and international partners to meet, exchange experiences, and explore the latest trends in the food and beverage ingredients industry, thereby expanding business opportunities, international cooperation, and improving competitiveness in the market.

Here, businesses, organizations and individuals working in science, technology and training in the food sector also have the opportunity to access new products and technologies, participate in specialized seminars, and learn valuable experiences from leading experts. Currently, trends and advances in green materials and technology in the food ingredients industry are of great significance to the sustainable development of the food industry in each country, including Vietnam.

New raw material resources that Vietnam has strengths and potential for, such as from the sea or from processed by-products, will contribute to the sustainable food and ingredient manufacturing industry.

Parallel to the exhibition is the “Business Breakfast” conference presented by Saladplate and GlobalData PLC. This is a forum to share insights into the latest trends shaping the food and beverage industry, from mental health and wellness to unique product alternatives and the application of artificial intelligence in product development.

The topic “New trends and advances in ingredients and technology in the functional food industry” organized by the Vietnam Association of Food Science and Technology (VAFoST) will provide insights into the latest scientific and technological advances, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of functional food production in Vietnam on October 10, 2024.

Next is the workshop with the theme "Introducing leading raw materials and additives to help increase efficiency in production and business of the food and beverage industry" taking place on October 11, 2024. This event helps businesses update information and practical solutions to improve product quality, reduce costs and meet the increasing needs of consumers...

In particular, with a commitment to promoting sustainable development and the goal of building a green event, Fi Vietnam will award the sustainable booth prize (Better stands) to encourage exhibitors to create unique booths from recycled materials. At the same time, the exhibition also creates opportunities for visitors to create their own Dreamcatchers from recycled materials at the sustainable development booth. This is a practical step in reducing waste and building a green, sustainable future.
