The international exhibition, specializing in food and beverage ingredients in Vietnam 2024, will take place on October 9-11, 2024 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City.

At the press conference, Ms. Rose Chitanuwat - Project Chain Director (ASEAN), Informa Markets Company - said that Vietnam's food and beverage industry is on the rise, with positive signs, impressive average annual growth of 10 - 12%. Notably, in the Southeast Asian region, Vietnam's food industry revenue in 2023 has risen to 3rd place, just behind Indonesia and the Philippines.
Therefore, Informa Markets Company - the exhibition organizer acts as a bridge to help domestic and international businesses have the opportunity to share and explore a variety of products, from traditional Vietnamese ingredients and spices to modern ingredients and food and beverage technologies in the world.

At this year's edition, Fi Vietnam 2024 Exhibition will double its scale compared to 2023, divided into 4 pavilions to enhance connection and cooperation with global F&B businesses, in a variety of industries such as: Beverage ingredients; health ingredients; natural ingredients; new business pavilions, gathering more than 150 businesses and exhibitors from 30 countries and territories, expected to attract more than 6,000 visitors.
In addition, alongside the exhibition, there are also conferences and scientific seminars - Informa Markets cooperates with organizations and associations, industries, experts and leading F&B businesses in the food and beverage industry, providing a lot of useful information for businesses and attendees.

Ms. Ly Kim Chi - President of the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Foodstuff Association, the co-organizer of the exhibition - said that the Vietnamese food and beverage market is likely to increase in the coming time. Retail sales of goods in the first 8 months of 2024 increased by 7.3% over the same period, reaching nearly 3.2 million billion VND. Of which, the food and foodstuff group increased by 10.2%.
Exhibition of raw materials for food and beverage industry in Vietnam is an important event in sustainable development, of increasingly high business cooperation activities, aiming to support Vietnamese enterprises to expand cooperation, export, promote joint ventures, transfer technology from foreign partners, conversely, foreign enterprises through the exhibition to approach the right target, build cooperative relationships, invest in the production sector, and search for raw materials, food and beverage with great potential in Vietnam.
