Promote propaganda and replicate typical advanced examples in the culture, sports and tourism sector.

(Fatherland) - According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the dissemination and replication of typical advanced examples will contribute to spreading specific models and actions, simple but noble examples, representing a garden of thousands of good deeds in the patriotic emulation movement, creating motivation to promote and multiply positive factors throughout the industry.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has recently issued a Decision on organizing propaganda, disseminating and replicating advanced models of the culture, sports and tourism sector to discover, foster and replicate advanced models, set good examples of good people and good deeds and promote and encourage emulation movements.

Conference to commend typical advanced examples in the national cultural field in 2023.

Issued together with the Decision is the Plan to organize propaganda, disseminate and replicate advanced models of the culture, sports and tourism sector in 2024, in order to implement the Law on Emulation and Commendation in 2022; Implement Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.

Implementing Directive No. 19/CT-TTg dated July 16, 2021 of the Prime Minister on launching emulation to successfully implement the socio-economic development tasks in 2022 and the 5-year plan (2021 - 2025) according to the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party; Decision No. 1526/QD-TTg dated December 9, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Propaganda of typical advanced examples for the period 2022 - 2025".

At the same time, implement Plan No. 1393/KH-BVHTTDL dated April 4, 2024 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on organizing propaganda on culture, sports and tourism in 2024.

The plan emphasizes organizing information and propaganda activities in many rich, diverse and attractive forms. Propaganda content closely follows the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards in the culture, sports and tourism sector.

Through propaganda activities to discover and nurture new factors, new models, propagate and replicate advanced models, set good examples of good people and good deeds, to promote and encourage emulation movements of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector, creating motivation in successfully implementing the political tasks of the Ministry.

Accordingly, create news and articles to discover, commend and honor collectives and individuals of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with outstanding achievements, typical and advanced examples to spread throughout the industry.

The content is designed to propagate President Ho Chi Minh's patriotic emulation ideology; the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards associated with "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in the spirit of Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo.

Propagating advanced models are collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in work, study, and work; having creativity, initiatives to improve techniques and management methods, and applying science and technology in the field of culture, sports, and tourism.

Promote new models, good practices, many initiatives and creative solutions, bringing practical results and being an outstanding, typical and leading factor in the emulation movements of the Ministry.

Propagating the results achieved in the work of building, fostering, replicating and spreading advanced models at agencies and units under the Ministry.

Develop content for news and articles to propagate Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style among cadres, civil servants and public employees in the whole sector. Promote the discovery and training of new factors and new models, propagate and expand advanced models, set good examples of good people and good deeds, in order to promote and encourage emulation movements.

Build news and articles to discover and praise achievements of emulation movements and honor collectives and individuals of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with outstanding achievements, typical advanced and exemplary models to create motivation in successfully carrying out the Ministry's political tasks.

The dissemination and replication of typical advanced examples will contribute to spreading specific models and actions, simple but noble examples, representing a garden of thousands of good deeds in the patriotic emulation movement, creating motivation to promote and multiply positive factors throughout the industry.

Previously, at the 2023 National Conference on Commending Typical and Advanced Models in the Cultural Field, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his appreciation for the dedication and contributions of cultural workers nationwide.

According to the Prime Minister, the Party, State and Government always pay special attention to, issue and effectively implement many policies and strategies, and devote many resources to building and developing culture, preserving national culture, developing literature and arts and many other cultural fields.

The Prime Minister said that the new development stage with the world situation changing rapidly, complicatedly and unpredictably; especially the Fourth Industrial Revolution affecting all aspects of social life, brings new opportunities and fortunes but also many challenges for the work of preserving and developing culture, arts, sports and tourism.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his hope and belief that the delegates who are typical and advanced examples will promote their sense of responsibility, continue to be a source of inspiration, a driving force, and strongly spread "stories of real people, real events"; there will be more and more good examples, many good ways of doing things, contributing to the implementation of the tasks of the cultural sector in particular, for the cause of cultural development in general./.
