On behalf of the Party and State leaders, the General Secretary warmly congratulated and commended the collectives, individuals, and typical models honored in the program and those who are striving every day and every hour to practice Uncle Ho's teachings: " Every day, try to do something beneficial for the country (benefiting the country means benefiting yourself), even if it is a small thing, then in a year we can do 365 things. Many small benefits add up to big benefits ."

Expressing his infinite gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh, the General Secretary emphasized: " It is urgent to continuously study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style at a new level, creating a strong momentum to bring the country firmly into a new era, an era of development, an era of prosperity, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers as President Ho Chi Minh wished and the aspiration of the entire nation."

The General Secretary requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels, first of all the leaders, need to promote the achieved results, have specific plans and solutions, set an example, and make studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle a cultural need of each cadre, Party member and people of all walks of life.

According to the General Secretary, the Central Propaganda Department needs to promote its advisory, coordination and implementation role, making studying and following Uncle Ho a voluntary, regular daily task, associated with the emulation movement to implement Uncle Ho's Testament, implement the Party's guidelines, and the State's policies and laws.

From there, it creates a clear change in solving specific and practical tasks, strongly promoting economic - cultural - social development, ensuring social security, caring for the people, fighting against corruption, waste and negativity.

The General Secretary believes that studying and following Uncle Ho to build our Party is truly "moral and civilized", each Party member is truly "a loyal servant of the People"; so that our entire Party, people and army, regardless of the circumstances, always steadfastly pursue the goal of national independence associated with socialism; with the iron will that "nothing is more precious than independence and freedom".

Along with that, we must constantly consolidate and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc under the leadership of the Party, combined with the strength of the times, successfully implementing the strategic goals of 100 years under the leadership of the Party, 100 years of the founding of the country; no matter how difficult it is, we must definitely build a Vietnam with rich people, strong country, fairness, democracy and civilization.

" I request that each honored example continue to contribute, set an example with new results, new successes, constantly spread, inspire, attract all classes of people to compete to learn and follow Uncle Ho so that "each good person, each good deed is a beautiful flower, our whole nation is a beautiful flower forest", contributing to building socialist people, creating the foundation for successfully building socialism ", said the General Secretary.

The General Secretary pointed out that 2025 will see many important historical events, and is also the year of Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress. After 40 years of renovation, with great achievements, with accumulated position and strength, and with new opportunities, we are standing at the door of history to firmly enter a new era - the era of national growth.
