Dan Truong "revealed" that the lyrics of the song were partly taken from his own story. The male singer admitted: "I've also had a bit of a rough time in love and I'm also a loyal person. When I love someone, the memories keep appearing in my head, hard to fade. So the last sentence I implied is that no matter how beautiful it is, it will fade. We have to take advantage of love while we still can to feel more. I'm a successful person in my work, but in terms of love, I'm probably too busy, I can't take care of it, so I lose it... In 30 years of singing, I didn't just have 1-2 love affairs, I must have had 5-6, but I loved in silence and then it faded away."
