Since the beginning of the term, Dak R'lap district has issued 14 resolutions; 10 regulations; 27 directives; 23 programs; 72 plans; 8 regulations; 3 projects; 1,825 conclusions; 681 notices; 1,150 official dispatches; 659 decisions... to lead and direct all aspects of work.

Agriculture accounts for 55% of the economic structure of Dak R'lap district.
Agriculture is still the main economic sector, accounting for the highest proportion in the economic structure of the district. Traditional industrial crops with local strengths continue to be maintained in area and invested in production by local people such as coffee, pepper, and rubber.
In addition to cultivation, many farming households have boldly invested in medium and large-scale livestock farming in the form of concentrated farms. Cooperative and cooperative group models continue to be maintained and operate quite effectively, such as: Dong Tien Livestock Cooperative in Dak Sin commune; Chau Thanh Bird's Nest Cooperative in Dak Ru commune; Hoang Phuong Coffee Powder Production Cooperative in Dak Wer commune. Up to now, the district has 7 products that have achieved OCOP certification.
Aluminum production
The industrial, commercial and service sectors continue to grow rapidly, contributing increasingly to the economic structure of the district. Notable among these are the mineral exploitation industry of Nhan Co Aluimin Factory, financial, banking and warehousing activities, etc.
The district has completed the Dak R'lap urban master plan until 2035, with the orientation to upgrade to a town before 2030; detailed planning project 1/500 of resettlement areas in Nhan Co, Dak Wer, Nghia Thang and Kien Thanh communes to serve projects...
In the cultural and social fields, the spiritual and cultural life of the people has been improved, 100% of communes and towns have achieved cultural titles. In terms of education, 70% of schools have met national standards...

Since the beginning of the term, Dak R'lap district has always been in the top 3 localities of the province leading in administrative reform index.
Regarding Party building work, the district continues to direct the implementation of tasks to improve the effectiveness of Party building organization work in the entire political system. The locality focuses on personnel work.

The district focuses on selecting young, ethnic minority, and female cadres for training and rotation from district to commune, from commune to district to help them gain experience in their work, thereby meeting their tasks in the new situation.

During the 2020-2025 term, the Resolution of the Dak R'lap District Party Congress set out 17 groups of targets in 4 groups of fields. Up to now, the district has had 8/17 groups of targets achieved and exceeded the resolution, 5/17 groups of targets achieved over 70%, 4/17 groups of targets are expected to not be achieved.
Review the indicators
However, in addition to the results achieved in the last half term, the Dak R'lap District Party Committee also frankly acknowledged the limitations. The leadership in building a new rural district has not yet achieved the Congress resolution. Some key programs and projects have not been directed resolutely and have been implemented slowly.
Criteria for developing hospital beds are facing difficulties
Through review, growth rate; budget revenue and expenditure; poverty rate; health insurance participation rate; hospital bed development criteria; and urban development criteria are facing difficulties in implementation.
Some component criteria of the Resolution are at low levels and are expected to continue to face difficulties, requiring greater determination and efforts in the coming time.
