Da Nang auctions 20 surplus public cars, starting price over 2.5 billion VND

On August 20, according to information from the Department of Finance of Da Nang City, the Department has just announced the selection of Joint Stock Auction Company No. 5-National (193 Hoang Van Thai, Khuong Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) as the unit to organize the auction of 20/39 surplus cars for general work.

The 20 cars to be auctioned are surplus public service cars recovered according to the decision of the People's Committee of Da Nang City.

These surplus public vehicles will be auctioned in batches, not individually, and the starting price approved by the Da Nang City People's Committee is more than 2.5 billion VND.

Previously, the People's Committee of Da Nang City decided to recover assets, including 79 surplus cars, and assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to organize the reception, establish a Valuation Council and organize the auction of cars, and pay money into the city budget according to regulations.

To ensure the implementation of procedures for organizing the selection of a consulting contractor to determine the starting price of 79 recalled cars (phase 1 is 40 cars, phase 2 is 39 cars).
