The city arranges to rent state-owned social housing apartments for poor households with especially difficult circumstances in the area.
The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a plan to review and arrange for renting state-owned social housing apartments for poor households with especially difficult circumstances in the city.
Accordingly, this time the city will arrange 44 apartments for poor households whose names are on the list of poor households recognized locally according to regulations.
Specifically, Hai Chau district: 6 apartments; Thanh Khe district: 7 apartments; Son Tra district: 10 apartments; Lien Chieu district: 3 apartments; Ngu Hanh Son district: 12 apartments; Cam Le district: 5 apartments and Hoa Vang district: 1 apartment.
Households eligible to rent social housing apartments owned by the State are those who have registered their household registration and have been continuously residing in Da Nang City for 7 years or more up to the time of application submission; and do not have the right to own a house or the right to use residential land in the city.
In case of having a house or land use right but having transferred it, it will only be considered after 5 years from the time of transfer; not having purchased, rented, or lease-purchased social housing; not having enjoyed housing and land support policies in any form in the city.
Priority conditions are households with people with severe disabilities, households with people with serious illnesses, and households with single parents.
