This morning, during a working session with Yen Bai province, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thanh Long requested Military Region II and the Ministry of National Defense to support localities in Yen Bai province in providing relief to people and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters; The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment is in charge of Yen Bai city and the Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee is in charge of Yen Binh district, which are key areas of natural disasters in the coming days. The Deputy Prime Minister also suggested considering upgrading the level of natural disasters to proactively respond appropriately to natural disasters occurring in the province; it is necessary to mobilize professional forces to have appropriate solutions in rescue and relief.
