The Command Committee for Civil Defense - Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of Military Region 2 directed the Military Command of Ha Giang province to advise local Party committees and authorities to coordinate with the Military Industry-Telecoms Group and relevant agencies to deploy forces and means to promptly inspect vulnerable points at risk of landslides, flash floods, and flash floods, promptly detect cracks, provide early warnings, and take preventive measures, evacuate people, participate in search and rescue, overcome consequences, and ensure safety in all aspects.
