At the meeting, the leaders of Dinh Hoa district reported on the results of implementing the socio-economic development tasks in 2024, the implementation of socio-economic development goals and tasks in 2025; and the progress of handling petitions, complaints and denunciations in the district.
| In 2024, Dinh Hoa district has completed and exceeded the set socio-economic targets. The value of industrial production, trade and services is maintained and developed, the total retail sales of goods and social consumer service revenue reaches 1,368 billion VND, an increase of 185 billion VND over the same period in 2023; an increase of 2,256 jobs, equal to 102.5% of the plan; the value of products per hectare of agricultural land reaches 110.2 million VND/ha, reaching 100.2% of the plan; concentrated forestation reaches 1,000.77/1,000 ha, reaching 100.1% of the plan, of which cinnamon planting reaches 507/500ha, reaching 101.4% of the plan; there are 7 products achieving OCOP 3 stars or higher, reaching 140% of the plan. During the year, the district built 2 communes that met the model new rural standards, reaching 200% of the plan; 2 communes that met the advanced new rural standards, reaching 200% of the plan; 7 hamlets that met the model new rural standards, reaching 175% of the plan; culture and society were given attention, political security, social order and safety were maintained... Regarding the progress of implementing the tasks of receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations, in 2024, the district level received 40 petitions and reflections, of which 25 were under its jurisdiction, 21 petitions were resolved, and 4 petitions are being resolved. |
At the meeting, the leaders of the district People's Committee reported on the progress of site clearance for 4 key projects of the province being implemented in the area and the implementation of the plan of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. Concluding the working session, Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated and acknowledged the efforts of the Party Committee, government and people of Dinh Hoa district in the past time. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that Dinh Hoa district is a mountainous district, with many socio-economic difficulties, investment attraction and industrial development are still limited; potentials and strengths in tourism and forest economy have not been exploited appropriately; budget collection still faces many difficulties, and there are no residential areas or urban areas invested in and built in the district. The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the district leaders to develop a detailed growth scenario, clarifying each project, work, growth drivers and implementation solutions, in order to complete the growth target of 13.63% according to the district's target, contributing to the province's overall growth of 10.5% by 2025 as set.
Regarding budget collection, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed Dinh Hoa district to develop a detailed collection plan for each locality, each revenue item by month and quarter, and proactively propose solutions to exceed the provincial budget. Regarding public investment disbursement in 2025, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned Dinh Hoa district People's Committee to develop a detailed disbursement plan for each capital source, each investor, each project, each locality by month, with a completion date before February 28, 2025.
To effectively implement the direction of the superiors, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Dinh Hoa district to urgently implement the assigned tasks in Plan 21/KH-UBND on key tasks of Thai Nguyen province in 2025; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 11-NQ/TU on the development of Thai Nguyen tea industry in the period of 2025-2030...
Regarding projects implemented in the area, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the district to do a good job of compensation and site clearance, speed up the implementation of the Ho Chi Minh Road Project, Chu Market - Trung Son Intersection; the Project to Upgrade and Expand the Road from Km31 (National Highway 3) to the ATK Dinh Hoa National Special Historical Site. Regarding digital infrastructure, Dinh Hoa district needs to promptly review and evaluate the quality of the Internet network, recommend telecommunications enterprises to invest and upgrade infrastructure to improve service quality, meet the needs of the people and serve socio-economic development; continue to pay attention to improving online public services; digitize historical sites; focus on research, dissemination and propaganda to all cadres, party members and people to determine that developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation is the fastest, most effective and most effective path to development; Strengthening solutions to support enterprises, cooperatives, and business households in applying new science and technology to production and business; supporting enterprises and cooperatives to put products on e-commerce platforms.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that in 2025, Party congresses at all levels will take place, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress. He requested local Party committees and authorities to proactively forecast, grasp the situation, promptly resolve at the grassroots level, not to let petitions go beyond the level, mass complaints to the province and the Central Government, affecting the security and social order; strengthen vocational training, introduce jobs for poor and near-poor households, especially in rural areas, mountainous areas, and areas where ethnic minorities live...

Tan Duong Industrial Cluster has an area of 13 hectares. According to the plan, Thagaco Smart Green Dinh Hoa green and smart factory project will complete phase 1 in the second quarter of 2025 with over 500 workers, phase 2 will be completed in the first quarter of 2026 with a scale of 3,660 workers.
