After 8 years of "delay", since the time the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province approved the investment policy, the D' Metropole Ha Tinh project officially started construction in June 2020, with ThaiLand Joint Stock Company as the investor. Tan Hoang Minh Group also participated in this project as a development partner.
The project has a total investment of 1,500 billion VND with an area of over 2.4 hectares, including low-rise housing of 11,465.2 square meters, high-rise housing of 2,897.8 square meters, the rest is green land and traffic.
17 months after Mr. Do Hoang Viet, General Director of ThaiLand JSC was arrested by the Ministry of Public Security, the D' Metropole Ha Tinh project has been restarted.
Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, the investor and the project developer focused resources and synchronously implemented the construction of all items. However, in April 2022, while the construction was still in progress, the project suddenly stopped. This was also the time when Mr. Do Hoang Viet, General Director of ThaiLand Joint Stock Company (Mr. Viet is the son of Mr. Do Anh Dung, Chairman and General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Group) was arrested by the Ministry of Public Security to investigate the crime of fraud and appropriation of property at Tan Hoang Minh Group.
D' Metropole Ha Tinh project is located in a "golden land" location in the center of Ha Tinh city.
Recorded on August 26, many workers were installing scaffolding, covering with protective tarpaulins and carrying out construction work within the D' Metropole Ha Tinh project area. In the parking lot, flower garden, etc., the contractor also mobilized machinery and equipment to clear the ground for construction.
Speaking with Nguoi Dua Tin , a representative of Thailand Joint Stock Company said that they are coordinating with the general contractor, Delta Construction Group, to continue mobilizing resources to construct the project.
Machinery and workers have been mobilized to carry out construction.
“After the restart, the biggest difficulty is that the real estate market is experiencing many fluctuations, but the investor is still trying to mobilize resources for construction. It is expected that by the end of the first quarter, early in the second quarter of 2024, we will complete and hand over the entire shophouse area. The investor will continue to construct phase 2 of the high-rise area and the core items inside,” said a representative of Thailand Joint Stock Company.
