Mr. Kenny G also said: "This is a replica of the trumpet I have been practicing since I started in 1950. This type of trumpet is no longer produced, so I ordered a replica of the original trumpet. Personally, I feel that this trumpet has great significance for my career."

Mr. Le Quoc Minh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, also shared when receiving the trumpet from Kenny G: "The Kenny G Live in Vietnam music night is not a normal commercial music program but a charity program. All ticket sales will be donated to families, individuals, especially children in difficult circumstances.

Mr. Minh also said: "When we intended to organize the program, we felt a special mood, but when artist Kenny G donated the trumpet to auction, adding funds to the charity fund, we were very touched by the feelings of a world-famous artist to the organizers. I believe that tomorrow night's program (November 14 - PV), at the My Dinh National Convention Center, will be successful and more successful with the charitable meaning from the gift artist Kenny G donated for auction, contributing more value to the charity project Good Morning Vietnam ".

Kenny G came to Vietnam with 6 band members and 10 staff. Kenny G Live in Vietnam will last nearly 2 hours following the format of Kenny G's performances on major stages around the world.

To meet Kenny G's very high requirements for sound and instruments to harmonize with the 63-year-old artist's saxophone, the organizers had to order some equipment from abroad. The organizers rented two Yamaha PM5DRH version 2.25 mixers (sound control systems) in Japan many months ago, one for the band, one for the audience, with a rental price of more than 30,000 USD.

Kenny G is known to the public as an American saxophonist with hundreds of instrumental songs in Smooth Jazz, R&B, Pop and Latin that have touched the hearts of millions of music lovers around the world for over 30 years. He is on the list of artists with the best-selling records of all time, with a total of more than 75 million records worldwide.
