The Department of Roads requests the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) to preside over and coordinate with Road Management Area IV (if necessary, invite other agencies, organizations and individuals) to review the approved temporary traffic organization plan; at the same time, proactively adjust and supplement necessary work and items before officially organizing temporary traffic.
