Cam Giang expands 70 inter-village and inter-commune roads

The main road of Phuc Cau village, Cam Phuc commune (Cam Giang) was widened by many people donating land to more than 5 meters.

The total length of the 70 routes mentioned above is about 40.13 km, with a total estimated investment of 406.4 billion VND.

This is the registration result of communes and towns implementing Resolution 23-NQ/HU December 25, 2023 of Cam Giang District Party Committee on strengthening the leadership of Party committees in mobilizing people to donate land use rights to expand roads. Roads will be mobilized to donate land for maximum expansion depending on the field. If the roadbed is at least 5.5 m wide or more, investment funding will be supported from the district budget.

To date, of the above registered routes, 11 have been approved for investment and construction this year, with a total length of about 6.73 km and a total estimated investment of 74.5 billion VND. The routes approved for investment are concentrated in 7 communes of Tan Truong, Cam Doai, Cam Dien, Duc Chinh, Cao An, Cam Hung, Cam Phuc and 2 towns of Lai Cach and Cam Giang.

The main road of Do Trung village, Cao An commune (Cam Giang) has just been widened to 5-6m.

The district is also carrying out the process of reporting the investment policy for 6 routes, with a total length of 2.53 km and a total estimated investment of 44.7 billion VND. For the remaining 53 registered routes, the district focuses on carefully reviewing the current status to determine the expansion scale, capital source, land origin, donated land area, land use rights, assets on land and specific support rates for each route based on comparison with the support criteria for implementation in 2024 and 2025.

Luong Dien commune alone did not register this time because the commune has run out of public investment capital.
