Yen Bai - On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Yen Bai Uprising (February 10, 1930 - February 10, 2025), on the morning of February 10, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Huy Tuan came to offer incense to commemorate patriot Nguyen Thai Hoc and soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the Yen Bai Uprising.

Here, the Provincial Party Secretary and delegates offered fresh flowers and incense sticks to express their respect to patriots Nguyen Thai Hoc, Pho Duc Chinh, Nguyen Khac Nhu and soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the Yen Bai Uprising.
Patriot Nguyen Thai Hoc (1902 – 1930) was a Vietnamese revolutionary who advocated using force to overthrow the French colonial government and gain independence for the nation. He was one of the founders of the Vietnam Nationalist Party.
95 years ago, the armed uprising organized and led by patriot Nguyen Thai Hoc in Yen Bai opened the way for a series of anti-French activities in many localities in the North of our country. Although the Yen Bai uprising was not successful, the patriotism of patriot Nguyen Thai Hoc and the patriots left a shining example of patriotism, heroism and courage for future generations to follow.
