According to the program, the training session will be held for 2 days (June 22 and 23) with the participation of more than 150 cadres, union members and youth from agencies and units. At the training session, trainees will be informed and introduced about 4 main topics: Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress, term 2022 - 2027 and some major orientations of Vietnamese Youth in the coming time; Action Program of the 10th Military Youth Union Congress; Solutions to build and replicate the model of disseminating and educating the law for youth at grassroots units; Talks on the topic of office culture at agencies and units.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Pham Van Hieu, Standing Member of the Party Committee of Group 969, Deputy Commissar of the Command of the Protection of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, emphasized: In addition to equipping operational skills, the training course also helps the team of union cadres to study and grasp basic knowledge of professional skills, contents close to the practical situation of the grassroots units, improving the quality of union work and youth movements. Thereby, contributing to the completion of the contents, directions, and goals of the Action Program of the 10th Congress of the Army Youth Union, the Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress, term 2022-2027.
