Mobile Police Command honored to receive the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces for the second time

At the ceremony, Major General Le Ngoc Chau, Commander of the Mobile Police Command, presented a speech reviewing the 50-year glorious history of the Mobile Police Force. Delegates watched the parade and reported on the training results of the force with beautiful and solemn parades of troops and vehicles, elaborate martial arts performances, demonstrating the strength of the revolutionary armed forces, which are important in the cause of protecting security and order.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Traditional Day, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces to the Mobile Police Command. This is a worthy recognition by the Party and State for the achievements and contributions of the Mobile Police force in the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, and a great encouragement for generations of Mobile Police officers and soldiers to continue in the fight against crime, ensuring social order and safety, and protecting national security.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh commended and congratulated the outstanding achievements and feats of arms of generations of officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Force over the past 50 years.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed: After 50 years of building, fighting and growing up, being tempered in difficulties and hardships, forming an iron will; promoting the heroic tradition of the nation; converging intelligence, experience and advances of the times, the CSCĐ force has continuously grown in all aspects; in any circumstances, it remains loyal to the Party and devoted to the People.

With the spirit of “Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people”, in the cause of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, hundreds of officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Force have heroically sacrificed, carrying injuries for the rest of their lives. Those feats, contributions, and silent, resilient sacrifices of generations of Mobile Police officers and soldiers have always been recognized, highly appreciated, honored, and deeply grateful to our Party, State, and People; at the same time, they have further enhanced the beautiful symbol of the People's Public Security soldier, the glorious tradition of the heroic Vietnamese People's Public Security Force.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: In the coming time, the tasks of the People's Public Security force, including the Mobile Police force, will be increasingly more numerous, heavier, covering all aspects and becoming more difficult and complicated. The Mobile Police force must be truly elite, have good professional expertise, modern weapons; constantly innovate thinking, strategic vision, clever tactics and techniques; mobilize the total strength to perform well the assigned tasks; contribute to protecting independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, maintaining political stability, social order and safety; create an environment of peace, security, order, maintaining discipline for national development.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that, in any circumstances, all activities of the People's Public Security force in general and the Mobile Police in particular must be thoroughly understood and ensured the absolute and direct leadership in all aspects of the Party headed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the command of the President, the unified state management of the Government and the Prime Minister; the direct leadership, command and management of the Minister of Public Security and the supervision of the People. It is necessary to truly attach importance to the work of Party building and rectification; constantly improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members with the determination to build a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite Mobile Police force, advancing straight to modernity, in the spirit of Resolution No. 12 dated March 16, 2022 of the Politburo.

Do a good job of strategic consulting with the Party and the State on policies and laws on building the CSCĐ force; on the content and methods of state management of security and order; on implementing armed measures to protect national security and ensure social order and safety. Proactively grasp and closely forecast the situation, synchronously deploy measures to combat and prevent crimes, ensure security and order; cleverly and effectively handle activities that gather crowds to disrupt security, riots, and terrorism; absolutely do not be passive or surprised; protect the safety of targets, political, economic, cultural, and social events of the country, and international delegations visiting and working in Vietnam; actively participate in search and rescue, disaster prevention and mitigation, natural disasters, floods, participate in disease prevention and implementation of international missions.

The Mobile Police Force must continue to innovate and improve the quality of training, education and professional development of Mobile Police; regularly organize drills on plans to handle complex situations, close to reality at home and abroad; strengthen strength and combat readiness. Build a Mobile Police Force: "clear law, sophisticated expertise, good technology, good foreign language, beautiful image"; comprehensive in politics, ideology, ethics, cadre organization, professional activities, expertise, logistics and technology. The Party and State will pay attention and invest appropriately and effectively so that the Mobile Police Force has enough strength to meet the requirements of the task of protecting security and order in the short and long term; with a solid and appropriate roadmap and steps.

In addition, do a good job of political and ideological education, implement the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security; improve working style and manners, and the spirit of serving the people; promptly prevent manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the organization. Pay attention to the material and spiritual life of officers and soldiers; ensure the health of officers and soldiers; focus on activities of educating traditions, gratitude, and gratitude to previous generations, families of policy beneficiaries, war invalids, sick soldiers, families in difficult circumstances, the disadvantaged, poor households, etc.

In his response speech, on behalf of the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security and all officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security force, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security expressed his deep gratitude for the attention of the Party, the State and the Prime Minister himself for the People's Public Security force. The People's Public Security force promises the Party and the State to fully grasp, seriously grasp and effectively implement the Prime Minister's instructions; continue to promote the glorious heroic tradition, be absolutely loyal to the Party and the Fatherland, wholeheartedly serve the People, determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges, excellently complete the set goals, focus on building a regular, elite and modern mobile police force to be worthy of the trust of the Party, the State and the People.

On this occasion, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc respectfully thanked the leaders of the departments, ministries, branches, central agencies, local Party committees and authorities, agencies, organizations and people for their attention and support to the People's Public Security Force in the past time, and hoped to continue to receive the attention and support of compatriots and comrades in the coming time. The Deputy Minister expressed his sincere thanks to the security agencies, embassies, consulates of countries and international organizations that have cooperated, assisted and coordinated effectively with the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Mobile Police Command in ensuring social order and safety in the recent past, expressing his belief that the friendly and cooperative relationship will become increasingly deeper and more comprehensive in the coming time...
