2025 is the first year that the high school graduation exam is organized according to the 2018 General Education Program. In order to best prepare the necessary conditions for organizing the exam, and at the same time help schools, teachers, and students to be proactive in reviewing, teaching, and learning activities, right from the beginning of the school year, the Ministry of Education and Training has directed units to develop plans, prepare early, remotely, the work and tasks related to exam preparation and organization, including developing reference questions for the high school graduation exam from 2025.
The Ministry of Education and Training said that determining this as a very important task to prepare well for the high school graduation exam from 2025 according to the 2018 General Education Program to help schools, teachers and students prepare for the exam with peace of mind, the Ministry of Education and Training has promptly established a Steering Committee to develop reference exam questions and implemented steps to develop reference exam questions in a scientific, rigorous and responsible spirit.
In order to ensure objectivity, comprehensiveness, closeness to the program, closeness to the teaching and learning process, the Ministry of Education and Training has invited experts, scientists, lecturers, teachers, editors who participated in developing the 2018 General Education Program, the Continuing Education Program, authors who compiled textbooks according to the 2018 General Education Program, those who participated in training courses on building question banks and creating exam questions organized by the Ministry of Education and Training...
The reference exam ensures compliance with regulations on the structure and format of the high school graduation exam from 2025 announced by the Ministry of Education and Training, and closely follows the 2018 General Education Program and mainly grade 12.
Compared to previous years, this year the reference exam questions were announced nearly 5 months earlier; thereby, helping schools, teachers and students to be proactive in the process of teaching, learning and reviewing to prepare for the exam to achieve many goals as announced by the Ministry of Education and Training.
