
Visiting and presenting gifts to Mr. Lo Van Tung, born in 1936, 37% disabled soldier and Mr. Lo Van Lun, born in 1944, 23% disabled soldier (both residing in Group 3, Dien Bien Dong town), Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions of the disabled soldiers, sick soldiers , and families of policy beneficiaries in the struggle for independence and national defense. The Provincial Party Secretary wished the disabled soldiers and their families good health; hoped that the families would preserve and promote revolutionary traditions, overcome difficulties, set good examples in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and educate the younger generation in work and study, actively contributing to the local socio-economic development.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong also requested the Party committees and authorities at all levels of Dien Bien Dong district to continue to pay attention to and well implement the regimes and policies for people with meritorious services in the area.
