Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong works with the Provincial Political School

Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, gave a speech at the working session with the Provincial Political School.

Reporting to the Provincial Party Secretary and the working delegation, the leaders of the Provincial Political School stated the progress, advantages and difficulties in the implementation of Regulation No. 11-QD/TW, dated May 19, 2021 of the Central Party Secretariat on Standard Political Schools (referred to as Regulation 11) and Decision No. 2527-QD/TU, dated October 19, 2022 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on approving the Project to build a standard Provincial Political School (referred to as Decision 2527).

It is emphasized that after more than 2 years of implementing Regulation No. 11 and 1 year of implementing Decision No. 2527 , up to now, the criteria are basically being implemented according to plan. Specifically , the building of a team of civil servants: For school leaders, 4/6 criteria are met, faculty leaders meet 6/7 criteria, department leaders meet 3/5 criteria, lecturers meet 6/10 criteria; training and fostering activities meet 4/5 criteria; scientific research activities , summarizing practices meet 7/9 criteria; building Party school culture, implementing discipline and order meet 5/8 criteria...

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee clarified contents related to personnel work.

Regarding the existing problems and difficulties in the implementation of Regulation No. 11 of the Central Party Secretariat and Decision No. 2527 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee , the school leaders also frankly raised many issues related to personnel work; the implementation of training and fostering functions; the construction of facilities, technical equipment, finance, etc.

Leaders of the Department of Planning and Investment gave opinions at the conference.

Based on the report of the Provincial Political School, delegates discussed, analyzed and assessed the causes of the existing problems, limitations, difficulties and obstacles encountered, especially the current situation of staff, collection and use of tuition fees, training cooperation work, etc. From there, proposals and orientations were made to ensure the progress and quality of the implementation of the plan to build a Provincial Political School that meets the standards according to the Project approved by competent authorities.

Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong welcomed the efforts of the Provincial Political School in implementing Regulation No. 11 of the Central Party Secretariat and Decision No. 2527 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee . The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that the construction of a Political School that meets standards and political tasks is very important because this is the place to provide, convey, and foster the Party's theoretical foundation, educate revolutionary ideology and ethics for cadres and party members; is a center for theoretical research, summarizing practices, making an important contribution to consolidating and building a contingent of cadres, civil servants, and public employees of the province who are politically steadfast and professionally competent. Therefore, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the school to continue to perform well its assigned functions and tasks, focusing on completing the criteria in the Project to build a standard school according to the roadmap. Regarding other recommendations and proposals within the authority, functions and tasks of relevant agencies that have been answered and clarified by delegates at the conference and recommendations within the authority and responsibility of the Provincial Political School, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the school to proactively and actively coordinate with provincial departments, branches and sectors to implement them according to assigned functions and tasks.
