Bac Ninh is the first locality in the country to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. The new name after the merger is the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, which will officially operate from February 3.
This afternoon (January 14), the Party Executive Committee of Bac Ninh province held a conference to announce the decision on the arrangement of the apparatus and personnel organization.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the province is the first locality in the country to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee with the new name of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, with the approved organizational structure and operating regulations.
The Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee decided to end the activities of the Provincial Cadre Health Care and Protection Board.
"With a high sense of responsibility, everyone involved in the rotation, consolidation, and merger expressed high consensus, all for the common work of the province. The implementation process in the consolidation work of Bac Ninh was done quickly, effectively, thoroughly, and this is an experience for the province to continue implementing the work of streamlining the apparatus in the coming time," emphasized the Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
The Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department to soon complete its apparatus and prepare for its operation on February 3.
After the organizational consolidation, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has 6 department-level units: Office of the Department; Propaganda, Press - Publishing Department; Science, Culture - Arts Department; Political Theory and Party History Department; Department of Mass Mobilization of State agencies, ethnic groups and religions; Department of Mass Organizations and Associations.
Mr. Ha Sy Tiep, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, holds the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department uses the headquarters of the Party Committee's buildings according to the current status of the two old agencies; receives and hands over documents, personnel, finance, assets, facilities, and equipment according to regulations; and at the same time issues the agency's working regulations to operate from February 3.
