Actor Song Luan is famous in Anh trai say hi with another name, after Anh Tu Atus started it.
In episode 2 of Say Hi Brother, Anh Tu Atus kept calling Song Luan is "Anh Sinh". Dieu Nhi's husband said, "I don't want to be on Anh Sinh's team".

In fact, Song Luan's real name is Nguyen Truong Sinh. The actor was born in 1991 in Dong Nai. According to the sharing, due to being impressed by the name Song Luan of a senior (when he was still in school), Truong Sinh decided to use this name as his stage name to join showbiz.
Song Luan initially worked as a singer. He participated in the Voice of Vietnam contest twice, but was eliminated both times.
