In addition, the Ministry of Finance also released a list of 182 real estate enterprises with outstanding bonds as of the end of 2023 with a total balance of VND 351,390 billion.
To reduce the pressure on corporate bond maturity this year and the following years, the Ministry of Finance requested the Ministry of Construction to continue implementing solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles for the real estate market according to Resolution 33/2023 of the Government.
In particular, there are timely solutions to review, urge, and guide the removal of difficulties and legal problems in the implementation of real estate projects for localities and enterprises, especially enterprises with bonds maturing in 2024, so that enterprises can complete projects, bring products to market, and restore cash flow for enterprises.
The Ministry of Finance emphasized: This action contributes to stabilizing the corporate bond market as well as bank credit.
