42 outstanding young farmers receive Luong Dinh Cua award in 2023

From November 11 to 13, 2023, in Soc Trang City (Soc Trang Province), the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, in collaboration with Sabeco , organized the "National Rural Youth Festival and the 18th Luong Dinh Cua Award Ceremony in 2023".

According to Mr. Ngo Van Cuong, Secretary of the Central Youth Union: The Luong Dinh Cua Award is named after the leading agronomist in the Vietnamese agricultural sector, who is also a son of Soc Trang. This is a noble award of the Central Youth Union Executive Committee, held annually, to recognize, commend and honor rural youth with outstanding achievements in production, business, transfer of technical and technological advances, industry development, environmental protection and new rural construction.

The 42 young people receiving the Luong Dinh Cua Award this year are typical examples of agricultural start-ups and businesses that are bringing in high economic value, revenue and profits of billions of VND each year; creating jobs for many young workers in the context of economic difficulties. In addition, the models and products are also creative, meeting export standards, implementing the program "One Commune One Product" and are welcomed by domestic and international markets.
