According to the patient's family, while playing in the yard, T. climbed onto an electric motorbike parked in the yard. The motorbike fell over, crushed the child, and crushed his chest. The child fainted and was rushed to the hospital by his family.

Interdisciplinary doctors from the cardiology, surgical resuscitation, anesthesia and general surgery departments consulted and agreed to diagnose the child with a ruptured heart due to blunt chest trauma, and ordered emergency surgery to save the patient's life.
During the surgery, the patient's heart was found to have a 1.5 cm tear in the right atrium near the inferior vena cava. Doctors stitched the child's heart, controlled the bleeding, drained the pericardium and mediastinum, and then closed the chest.
After 10 days of treatment, the patient recovered and was discharged from the hospital.
