The 32-second clip shows two men fighting in the water. At this time, another man holds a long stick, intending to attack the man in the white shirt. At the same time, a woman standing near the river bank rushes out, picks up a long stick from the water, and raises it high to rescue the man in the white shirt.
Several other people standing on the shore were told to throw rocks at the people in the boat, as well as those who beat the man in white.
Initial information, the incident stemmed from a conflict when people came to release fish on Vu Lan night and were electrocuted by some people on boats.
