On the morning of October 24, speaking with VietNamNet reporter, Mr. Mai Ngoc Long, Head of the Department of Education and Training of Dien Chau district (Nghe An) said that the unit is directing the investigation into the incident of two teachers at Van Phong Secondary School fighting.
"We have handed the case over to the school, in coordination with the police, to review and handle the matter. The teacher in the case is on sick leave, while the male teacher is teaching as usual," said Mr. Long.

Also according to the Head of the Department of Education and Training of Dien Chau district, Van Phong Secondary School has had a preliminary report.
"The school reported that during class, two teachers got into a fight, but the cause has not been clarified because the teacher was on sick leave. The Department of Education and Training has sent a document requesting the school to verify and handle the matter in accordance with the law and regulations of the industry," Mr. Long added.
The leader of Dien Phong Commune Police said that after the fight, the two teachers filed a complaint with the agency.
"We have invited both teachers to work to verify, but there are no specific results yet," said the leader of Dien Phong Commune Police.
Previously, in the morning class on Saturday, October 19, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ng. (45 years old, History teacher) and Mr. Pham Van N. (Informatics teacher, Van Phong Secondary School) got into a fight.
After that, Ms. Ng. went to Nghe An General Hospital 115 for examination and treatment. Mr. N. also reported pain in some parts of his body. After the incident, both teachers filed a complaint with the police.
