The VinFast VF 5 Plus electric car model is expected to reach Vietnamese customers this month.
Recently, the VinFast VF 5 electric car model continued to be spotted testing on the streets of Vietnam. A total of 5 basic paint colors have been revealed, the most recent appearance of a red paint color called Crimson Red.
VinFast VF 5 Plus has a total of 6 main paint colors: red, orange, blue, white, black and silver and a two-tone paint option. The car caught testing this time has a red paint scheme and the upper half (including the roof and the upper half of the rearview mirror) is silver.
In VinFast's automobile product line, VF 5 Plus is the first and only model with a two-tone paint option, targeting young, dynamic, urban customers.

VF 5 is VinFast's smallest and cheapest electric SUV. The car belongs to segment A, with dimensions of length x width x height of 3,965 x 1,720 x 1,580 mm, a wheelbase of 2,513 mm and a ground clearance of 182 mm. In the commercial version, this A-class electric car only uses 17-inch rims, different from the concept version of 18 inches.
Amenities on the VinFast VF 5 Plus include: 7-inch digital dashboard, 8-inch central touch screen, 6-way manual driver's seat, 4-way manual passenger seat, manual handbrake, one-touch up and down windows on the driver's seat, 2-way manual steering wheel, air conditioning with integrated PM2.5 dust filter, USB Type A ports in both rows of seats and 4-speaker sound system.

The VinFast VF 5 electric SUV is also equipped with many other technologies such as: driver profile setup, monitoring, and recording system; remote vehicle location; automatic vehicle error diagnosis; monitoring and warning of unauthorized intrusion; automatic maintenance/maintenance schedule recommendation.
Along with that are applications and utilities such as voice-controlled virtual assistants, online shopping in the car, remote software updates, scheduling battery charging based on usage habits or controlling smart devices at home.
VinFast VF 5 Plus Brahminy White
VinFast VF 5 Plus is equipped with an electric motor with a maximum capacity of 134 horsepower and 135 Nm of maximum torque. The included Ternary lithium battery pack with an available capacity of 37.23 kWh allows the car to travel up to more than 300 km (according to NEDC standards) after each full charge.
The battery can be fully charged from 0% in 18 hours with a 2.2kW AC home charger, and from 10% to 70% in 30 minutes with a 60kW DC fast charger. The top speed is limited to 130 km/h. The car has 3 driving modes: Eco - Normal - Sport and 2 modes of regenerative braking system.

Safety features on the VinFast VF 5 Plus include: 4-wheel disc brakes, 6 airbags, electronic balance system, traction control, hill start assist, tire pressure warning, cruise control, rear traffic warning, blind spot warning, oncoming traffic warning when opening the door, rear parking assist and rear camera. According to VinFast, the VF 5 Plus is rated 3 stars for safety by ASEAN NCAP.

The announced selling price of VinFast VF 5 Plus is 458 million VND without battery and 538 million VND with battery. The price after promotion for early deposit customers is 428 million VND. The battery rental fee is 1.6 million VND/month. The expected delivery time for Vietnamese customers is this month.
