Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission announced the conclusion of the 26th session.

On December 25, 2023, the 19th Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission held its 26th meeting. Comrade Ha Van Trong - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission chaired the meeting.

The meeting takes place on December 25, 2023.

At this meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and concluded the following contents:

1. Review the results of supervision of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Secretary of the District Party Committee and the Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Loc Ha district in leading, directing, organizing the implementation of working regulations, the principle of democratic centralism and declaration of assets and income (period from 2021 to June 2023),

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found:

During the monitoring period, the Standing Committee of Loc Ha District Party Committee and the individuals being monitored led and directed the development and implementation of working regulations and the principle of democratic centralism, achieving some results. However, the development of working regulations still had contents that did not comply with regulations, were inconsistent, not suitable to reality and lacked a basis for implementation; the implementation of working regulations, the principle of democratic centralism, and declaration of assets and income still had some violations, shortcomings and limitations.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and relevant collectives and individuals to organize a review and clarify responsibilities for the violations, shortcomings and limitations pointed out; promptly develop a plan to overcome them and report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

2. Review the results of the Party financial inspection of the Standing Committee of the Ky Anh Town Party Committee; control the assets and income of cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee at the Ky Anh Town Party Committee (period from 2021-2022),

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found:

Besides the basic advantages, the inspected party organizations and party members also have some shortcomings and limitations in leadership, direction, management, use of party finance and assets and declaration of assets and income.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requests the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Party organizations and Party members to be seriously inspected and reviewed, learn from experience, promptly overcome shortcomings and limitations; promote advantages, strengthen leadership, direction, inspection and supervision of the Party's financial and asset management work in the entire Party Committee; direct the thorough overcoming of conclusions of inspection and audit teams; review, supplement and amend regulations and rules on financial and asset management in accordance with the unit's reality and current regulations; report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.

3. Also at this session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee discussed and agreed on a number of other important contents under its authority.
