During the year, Party committees and organizations at all levels inspected 2,357 Party organizations and 4,878 Party members, supervised 2,345 Party organizations and 5,389 Party members; Party committees, organizations and Inspection Commissions at all levels inspected 18 lower-level Party organizations and 797 Party members when there were signs of violations; disciplined 14 Party organizations and 871 Party members...

The main violations of party organizations and party members are the implementation of working regulations; implementation of the principle of democratic centralism; management and use of land and finance; performance of assigned duties and tasks; performance of party member duties; degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and violations of regulations on what party members are not allowed to do. The implementation of discipline by party committees, party organizations, and inspection committees at all levels must ensure the correct direction, motto, principles, processes, and procedures, helping party organizations and party members who violate clearly recognize their responsibilities and violations, creating consensus and support from cadres, party members, and the people.

Some Party committees and Inspection Committees have not proactively detected and inspected when there are signs of violations, especially inspections of lower-level Party organizations, and there are still signs of deference and avoidance (during the year, Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels inspected 797 Party members when there were signs of violations, the highest number in provinces and cities nationwide; meanwhile, the number of Party organizations conducting inspections for signs of violations is still limited, with 18 Party organizations).

The quality and effectiveness of some inspections and supervisions are still low, the deterrent effect is limited, and does not meet requirements. The monitoring, urging, inspection, and supervision of the implementation of conclusions after the inspection of some localities and units are not drastic and thorough. The capacity, qualifications, and sense of responsibility of some inspection officers are still limited, not meeting the requirements of the task...

The comrades emphasized: 2025 plays a particularly important role, is the finishing year, has a key and decisive significance for completing the goals of the 19th Provincial Party Congress; the year to organize Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. The Provincial Party Executive Committee issued Resolution No. 18/NQ-TU dated December 5, 2024 on the direction and tasks for 2025, identifying 26 main targets on socio-economics, national defense - security and Party building.
