Voluntarily retire early to streamline the organization

Streamlining the apparatus is a major policy of the Party, an inevitable step for development in the new period. During the process of restructuring, there will be a surplus of cadres, some cadres and party members in units after the merger and consolidation may have to go from the chief level to the deputy level.

Implementing this policy, many leaders, civil servants and public employees of the province's departments and branches have voluntarily retired early to facilitate the process of restructuring the apparatus, creating conditions for the next generation to continue the work, ensuring the smooth operation of the apparatus.

At the last conference of the Provincial Party Committee, implementing the Provincial Party Committee's Decision, from February 15, the Provincial Party Committee will end its activities. More than half of the cadres were transferred by the Provincial Party Committee to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, the rest to the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Having to say goodbye to the common home that has been attached to us for many years, everyone shares the same mood, thoughts, and agrees with the policy of rearranging and streamlining the apparatus. Implementing the policy of rearranging the apparatus, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc has 3 comrades writing applications for early retirement, including 2 comrades who are Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committee. The comrade with the longest remaining working time is nearly 5 years; the comrade with the shortest working time is more than 3 years.

Although she still has nearly 5 years of work left, comrade Diep Thi Thanh Ha, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee, is ready to voluntarily retire early with a very happy feeling because her decision to retire has helped to make the organization arrangement more favorable.

According to the policy of streamlining the apparatus, the leaders and cadres of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies will be transferred to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee. The cadres and party members of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies have determined to show consensus and high determination.

The revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus is being vigorously carried out by Vinh Phuc province, towards a smooth, effective and efficient operating apparatus, requiring the awareness of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees for the development of the country.
