Accordingly, Tu Ky 1 ​​commune was established on the basis of merging the entire area and population of Tu Ky town, Quang Khai and Quang Phuc communes and part of the area and population of Minh Duc commune. It is expected that the office of Tu Ky 1 ​​commune will be located at the current office of the District Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Tu Ky district.

Establish Tu Ky 2 commune on the basis of merging the entire area and population of Tan Ky, Dan An, Ky Son and Dai Hop communes and part of the area and population of Hung Dao commune; the commune's headquarters is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Dan An and Dai Hop communes.

Establish Tu Ky 3 commune on the basis of merging the entire area and population of Binh Lang and Dai Son communes and part of the area and population of Hung Dao commune; part of the area of ​​Thanh Hai commune (Thanh Ha); the commune's working headquarters is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hung Dao and Dai Son communes.

Establish Tu Ky 4 commune on the basis of merging the entire area and population of An Thanh, Van To, Chi Minh communes and part of Thanh Quang commune (Thanh Ha); the commune's headquarters is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Van To and An Thanh communes.

Establish Tu Ky 5 commune on the basis of merging the entire area and population of Lac Phuong and Quang Trung communes and part of the area and population of Tien Dong commune; the commune's working headquarters is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Lac Phuong and Quang Trung communes.

Establish Tu Ky 6 commune on the basis of merging the entire area and population of Ha Ky, Nguyen Giap, Ha Thanh communes, part of the area and population of Tien Dong and Minh Duc communes; the commune's working headquarters is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Nguyen Giap and Ha Thanh communes.

It is expected that after the arrangement, Tu Ky district will have 6 communes, reducing 14 commune-level administrative units.
