In which, wards: Kinh Mon 1, Kinh Mon 2, Kinh Mon 6 have administrative boundaries adjacent to Hai Phong city. This is a favorable condition for Kinh Mon to develop its socio-economy, especially the transportation system in the coming time.

Specifically, Kinh Mon 1 ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the wards: An Luu, Hiep An, Long Xuyen. After the arrangement, the ward is 11.47 ^km2 wide, with a population of 24,948 people; the office is located at the current headquarters of the Town Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Kinh Mon town.

It is expected that the working headquarters of Kinh Mon 1 ward will be located at the current headquarters of the Town Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Kinh Mon town.

Kinh Mon 2 Ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the wards and communes: Thai Thinh, Hien Thanh, Minh Hoa. After the arrangement, Kinh Mon 2 Ward has a natural area of 17.4 ^km2 , a population of 29,083 people; the office is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hien Thanh Ward and Thai Thinh Ward.

Kinh Mon 6 Ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the wards: Minh Tan, Duy Tan, Phu Thu, Tan Dan. After the arrangement, Kinh Mon 6 Ward is 39.28 ^km2 wide, with a population of 43,799 people; the office is located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Phu Thu Ward.

According to the proposed arrangement, in addition to the wards bordering Hai Phong, the town established wards Kinh Mon 3, 4, 5, 7.

Kinh Mon 3 Ward is based on the integration of the entire natural area and population of the wards and communes: An Phu, Hiep Hoa, Thuong Quan. After the arrangement, Kinh Mon 3 Ward has a natural area of 23.87 ^km2 and a population of 26,696 people. It is expected that the working headquarters will be located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Thuong Quan Commune and An Phu Ward.

Kinh Mon 4 Ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the wards and communes: That Hung, Bach Dang, Le Ninh and part of the area and population of Van Duc Ward (Chi Linh City). After the arrangement, the ward has a natural area of 26.04 ^km2 , a population of 22,780 people; the office is located at the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Bach Dang Commune and That Hung Ward today.

Kinh Mon 5 Ward was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the wards: Pham Thai, An Sinh, Hiep Son. After the arrangement, the ward is 22.34 ^km2 wide, with a population of 24,919 people; the office is located at the headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Pham Thai and Hiep Son wards today.

Kinh Mon 7 commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes: Quang Thanh, Lac Long, Thang Long; part of the area and population of Tuan Viet commune, part of the area of Vu Dung commune (with Kim Thanh) and part of the area of Cong Hoa commune (Nam Sach). After the arrangement, Kinh Mon 7 commune has a natural area of 25.9 ^km2 , population of 27,841 people. It is expected that the working headquarters will be located at the current headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Quang Thanh and Lac Long communes.
