Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted (HCMC) announces teacher recruitment

A math class at Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted. For the new school year, the school announced that it needs to recruit 10 teachers for various subjects.

In the 2024-2025 school year, based on job positions, Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted needs 166 civil servants while the current number of civil servants is 152. The school's leaders said that after reviewing the project, list, approved job positions and synthesizing the need to recruit teachers, the school needs to recruit 13 more civil servants, including 10 teachers and 3 staff.

Specifically, Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted needs to recruit teachers of math, Japanese, information technology, physical education, national defense education, and fine arts, 1 teacher for each position; history and music teachers, 2 people for each position; 1 librarian and 2 laboratory equipment staff.

The teacher recruitment council of this school clearly stipulates that the recruitment condition for the teacher position is that the candidate must have a bachelor's degree or higher in teacher training for high school teachers. In case of having a bachelor's degree in a relevant major but not in teacher training, a certificate of pedagogical skills for high school teachers is required.

For staff positions, candidates must have a college degree or higher in school equipment technology or information consulting. In case of having a university degree or higher in another major, they must have a certificate of professional knowledge and skills training in library information.

The leader of Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted said that the school will conduct recruitment in 2 rounds, round 1 is a general knowledge test on computer in the form of multiple choice; round 2 is a specialized subject test to test professional capacity and teaching skills.
