Nguyen Dinh Anh Secondary School, formerly Quang Loi Secondary School (Quang Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province), was established on July 13, 1998.

Over the years, the school’s students have a tradition of studiousness, respect for teachers, and the will to overcome all difficulties. The school’s staff, teachers, and employees are mostly young, enthusiastic, have management and operational capabilities, and solid professional qualifications.
Over 25 years of construction and development, generations of teachers of the school have overcome difficulties and successfully completed all assigned tasks. The number of excellent teachers and emulation fighters at all levels is increasing. The infrastructure is increasingly invested in to ensure teaching and learning activities meet the requirements of educational innovation.

Since the 2017-2018 school year, the school's overall quality and key quality have undergone remarkable changes. For many consecutive years, the school has been ranked 3rd out of 11 communes and towns. In the past 5 years, the school has achieved the title of advanced labor collective. The Youth Union has been recognized as a strong Youth Union at the district level for many consecutive years. Nguyen Dinh Anh Secondary School Union has been annually commended by the Quang Dien District Labor Federation. The Party Cell has been recognized as a clean and strong Party Cell for many years.
The school organized a camping trip on the occasion of the national standard school recognition ceremony.
Teacher Tran Cong Vinh, Principal of Nguyen Dinh Anh Secondary School, said: In terms of individuals, the school has had many staff, teachers, and employees receive certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and are recognized as emulation fighters at the provincial level and emulation fighters at the grassroots level. The school has 9 teachers who have achieved the title of excellent teachers at the district level, and 2 teachers who have achieved the title of excellent teachers at the provincial level. Every year, many teachers have been recognized as emulation fighters at the grassroots level. The school has 46 students who have achieved the title of excellent students at the district level and 19 students who have achieved the title of excellent students at the provincial level.
With the continuous efforts and tireless efforts of the staff and students, the achievements and quality of Nguyen Dinh Anh Secondary School are increasingly recognized.
On March 14, 2023, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province signed a Decision recognizing Nguyen Dinh Anh Secondary School as meeting National Standards Level 1. The Director of the Department of Education and Training of Thua Thien Hue signed a Decision recognizing the school as meeting Level 2 education quality accreditation.
This is the school named after Hero of the People's Armed Forces, Martyr Nguyen Dinh Anh, born in 1924, from Thuy Lap village, Quang Loi commune, Quang Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province. During the resistance war, he was captured and brutally tortured by the enemy. After 1 month of detention, they could do nothing so they killed comrade Nguyen Dinh Anh on July 20, 1957.
