The Jeonbuk-Vietnam Exchange Promotion Association (JVEC - Korea) is a unit that has participated in connecting many cooperation activities in many fields between Jeollabuk Province and Dak Lak Province since 2017. JVEC hopes to use this program to strengthen the friendly relationship between Jeollabuk Province and Dak Lak Province, creating a solid foundation for future humanitarian activities for local people.
