Vy's family's mushroom farming model covers 400 m², with a capacity of over 30,000 mushroom bags. After inoculation, the mushrooms grow for 35-40 days before harvesting. Each batch yields 5-6 harvests. On average, his family harvests 180-200 kg of brown and white oyster mushrooms per day. In addition, the facility also grows oyster mushrooms. With a selling price of 35,000-40,000 VND/kg, his family earns a profit of approximately 400 million VND per year.
