Mr. Vy's family's mushroom growing model is 400 square meters wide, with a scale of more than 30,000 mushroom bags. After implanting the embryo, the mushrooms will grow for 35-40 days before being harvested. Each batch of mushrooms can be harvested 5-6 times. On average, his family harvests 1.8-2 quintals of brown and white oyster mushrooms per day. In addition, the facility also grows egg mushrooms. With a selling price of 35,000-40,000 VND/kg, his family earns about 400 million VND in profit each year.
