On September 27, the Thu Duc City Party Committee (HCMC) held the 25th meeting of the Thu Duc City Party Executive Committee, term 2020-2025.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, comrade Nguyen Huu Hiep, member of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, Secretary of the Thu Duc City Party Committee, emphasized that the conference aimed to assess the socio-economic development situation, Party building, government building, and people's mobilization work in the first 9 months of 2024. The conference also assessed the results of 3 years of implementing Program 14 on improving the quality of human resources in the political system in the period of 2021 - 2025 and orientation to 2030.

Inspection and supervision work was strictly implemented. In 9 months, disciplinary action was taken against 1 party organization and 31 party members; the Thu Duc City Party Committee's Inspection Committee was directed to issue a decision to suspend 4 comrades from party activities.
