Awarding ceremony of the second week of the online photo contest "Welcoming the International Fireworks Festival 2024"

(NADS) - The second night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2024 took place on the evening of June 15, with the competition of two fireworks teams from Italy and the US with the theme "Made of Nature Wisdom - Natural Masterpieces" bringing an eye-catching performance.

With the performance “The Radiant Universe: Symphony of Lights”, the fireworks team from Italy showed the audience their experience and harmony with the audience. With each series of fireworks, the audience continuously cheered, clapped, and burst into surprise because the fireworks were so beautiful.

One of the highlights of the team was the use of popular Vietnamese music. The combination of music and many low-altitude fireworks in the performance combined with the Han River water surface created a shimmering, magical space, true to the name of the symphony of light, which helped the Italian team conquer the audience in Da Nang.

Mr. Damiano Baraldo, Captain of the Martarello fireworks team, said that the team has been looking for the best quality products to bring the best performance to the audience in Da Nang.

The first time attending DIFF, the fireworks team from the US brought the audience an impressive performance no less than the Italian team. With a sophisticated combination of rock, EDM, jazz and the most advanced fireworks techniques, the fireworks team from the US brought a sweeter and more romantic performance. The performance "Humanity - Bridge between nations" brought visitors to many different emotions, sometimes melodious, sometimes passionate.

Team USA Fireworks Captain Nancy Rozzi believes that fireworks are not just a form of entertainment but a visual art form. Through their performance, the team hopes to inspire unity and optimism in the audience.

According to the judges, the two teams' performances on the second night brought a lot of emotions. The two teams combined fireworks and music very smoothly, harmoniously combining sound and light, making a very good impression. Musician Nguyen Duc Trinh, Chairman of the Vietnam Musicians Association, a member of the jury, said that this year the Italian team had a quite successful performance, especially the music was very good, rich and diverse, there was a harmonious interaction between fireworks and music, bringing many emotions to the audience.

Earlier, in the afternoon of the same day, the Da Nang Photography Club held the second week award ceremony of the online photo contest "Welcoming the 2024 International Fireworks Festival".

Along with that, author Nhuyen Minh Thanh excellently won the Second Prize with the work “Colors of the City”. The Third Prize and Encouragement Prize respectively belonged to author Tran Tam Phuc with the work “Sublimation” and author Le Huu Hung with the work “Sparkling Han Giang”.

The 3rd week contest will take place from June 16, 2024 to June 19, 2024.
