"I suggest that the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City proactively propose working sessions with relevant ministries and branches to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles. In addition, to speed up the implementation progress and ensure the quality of the projects, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee needs to continue to strengthen the direction, decentralization and delegation of authority to the People's Committees of districts and Thu Duc City, promoting the proactive role and responsibility of the grassroots", Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong expressed.
