Major General Le Ngoc Chau, Commander of the Mobile Police Force chaired the ceremony.
Towards the 50th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Mobile Police Force, since 2023, the Mobile Police Command has proactively advised the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to issue a plan and deploy more than 20 commemorative activities in various fields from the Command to the Mobile Police of local Public Security. Up to now, the commemorative activities have basically been completed as planned.

At the rehearsal, Minister To Lam, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long and delegates witnessed the report on the results of the training, team review, vehicle parade and martial arts performance.
Speaking at the rehearsal, on behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, efforts and determination of the forces serving the Anniversary Ceremony over the past 2 months, who have made efforts to practice in unfavorable weather conditions, especially the female comrades who have overcome difficulties in accommodation and living conditions, and promoted a high sense of responsibility to achieve important results today.

In addition, after each training session, joint training, and rehearsal, we must promptly draw lessons to perform better; have measures to train and practice separately for individuals and units that are still weak. Encourage and motivate officers and soldiers to enthusiastically practice to serve the ceremony to achieve the best results. Through this training session, it is also a very good condition for officers and soldiers to continue to improve and effectively serve the parade, contributing to the success of the activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory.
Minister To Lam also requested the Mobile Police Command to coordinate with units to ensure the best conditions for food, accommodation, living, and health care for officers and soldiers participating in the parade. Ensure absolute safety for officers and soldiers during the march, moving from the military base to the ceremony location and vice versa. The Minister requested the Mobile Police Command to pay close attention, have a tight and specific plan for organizing the march with the requirement of absolute safety in all aspects, and at the same time ensure good medical conditions for officers and soldiers to perform their duties.
