General rehearsal for the 50th Anniversary of the Mobile Police Force's Traditional Day

Major General Le Ngoc Chau, Commander of the Mobile Police Force chaired the ceremony.

Towards the 50th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Mobile Police Force, since 2023, the Mobile Police Command has proactively advised the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to issue a plan and deploy more than 20 commemorative activities in various fields from the Command to the Mobile Police of local Public Security. Up to now, the commemorative activities have basically been completed as planned.

For the organization of the 50th Anniversary of the Traditional Day and receiving the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces for the second time on April 14, 2024, the Mobile Police Command has mobilized more than 4,000 officers and soldiers to participate in the parades, marches, and martial arts performances. In particular, 9 groups with more than 1,000 officers and soldiers will march to Dien Bien after the ceremony to perform the task of a State-level parade and march, on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory, which is an important political event, an opportunity to report to the Party and the State on the growth and development of the People's Public Security Forces, and also a very important preparation step to welcome major events of the country in 2025, such as the 80th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; 50 years of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; 80 years of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces, etc.

At the rehearsal, Minister To Lam, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long and delegates witnessed the report on the results of the training, team review, vehicle parade and martial arts performance.

Speaking at the rehearsal, on behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, efforts and determination of the forces serving the Anniversary Ceremony over the past 2 months, who have made efforts to practice in unfavorable weather conditions, especially the female comrades who have overcome difficulties in accommodation and living conditions, and promoted a high sense of responsibility to achieve important results today.

The time from now until the day of the Anniversary Ceremony is very urgent, only one week left, requiring the forces participating in serving the Ceremony to concentrate with the highest sense of responsibility and effort. Minister To Lam requested that the officers and soldiers serving the Anniversary Ceremony need to clearly identify that the Anniversary Ceremony of the 50th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Mobile Police Force is an important political event to demonstrate the force, report to the Party, State and people about the continuous growth and maturity of the People's Public Security Force in general and the Mobile Police Force in particular. This is not only a task but also an honor and pride for the comrades participating in serving the Anniversary Ceremony; each individual must enhance their sense of responsibility, overcome difficulties, and successfully complete the assigned political tasks with the highest quality. At the same time, officers and soldiers participating in the parade, marching, and martial arts performances at the Anniversary Ceremony need to promote the highest sense of responsibility in training and comply with discipline on the training ground; Highly concentrate, actively practice and master individual techniques according to the tasks of each block; when performing the task of marching, the parade must be even, beautiful, unified, demonstrating the majesty and bravery of the armed forces.

In addition, after each training session, joint training, and rehearsal, we must promptly draw lessons to perform better; have measures to train and practice separately for individuals and units that are still weak. Encourage and motivate officers and soldiers to enthusiastically practice to serve the ceremony to achieve the best results. Through this training session, it is also a very good condition for officers and soldiers to continue to improve and effectively serve the parade, contributing to the success of the activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu victory.

Minister To Lam also requested the Mobile Police Command to coordinate with units to ensure the best conditions for food, accommodation, living, and health care for officers and soldiers participating in the parade. Ensure absolute safety for officers and soldiers during the march, moving from the military base to the ceremony location and vice versa. The Minister requested the Mobile Police Command to pay close attention, have a tight and specific plan for organizing the march with the requirement of absolute safety in all aspects, and at the same time ensure good medical conditions for officers and soldiers to perform their duties.

For the Public Security of units and localities assigned tasks by the Ministry according to the Plan; members of the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam requested that they closely follow and seriously, effectively and promptly implement the assigned tasks; unite, coordinate and cooperate closely with the Mobile Police Command to ensure the best and most complete conditions from facilities, weapons, equipment, means, uniforms... so that the Celebration Ceremony can take place solemnly and solemnly.
