Attending the event were Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac, Permanent Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; leaders of the Mobile Police Command, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Ministry of Public Security; 50 comrades from the training class for cadres planning for members of the 14th Party Central Committee.

Speaking at the meeting, Major General Le Ngoc Chau, Commander of the Mobile Police, said that Resolution No. 12 dated March 16, 2022 of the Politburo on "promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Public Security force to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation" has identified the Mobile Police as one of the 6 forces prioritized to move straight to modernity by 2025.
Identifying this as an especially important task, the Party Committee and leaders of the Command have issued resolutions and plans to unify awareness and action; have focused on implementing many major tasks; in which 4 groups of key and urgent tasks have been identified.
In particular, building an organization, apparatus, and human resources: lean, compact, and strong; meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation; researching and proposing to competent leaders, effectively implementing projects and synchronous investment projects on barracks, training grounds, and training grounds; equipping, weapons, means, and technical equipment to modernize the Mobile Police force.
Speaking at the field visit and research, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac expressed his admiration and pride for the great achievements the Mobile Police force has achieved in the past 50 years, worthy of the trust of the Party, State and people.
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac and the students of the Training Course hope to continue to coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security and the Mobile Police Command to contribute to the construction of a regular, elite, and modern force according to the resolutions of the Party, the State, and the trust of the people.

After more than 2 years of drastic implementation, some important results have been achieved: Regarding the legal basis, the 15th National Assembly passed the Mobile Police Law; the Government issued 1 Decree, the Ministry of Public Security issued 5 circulars guiding the implementation of the Law. The organization and human resources have been improved in the direction of being streamlined, compact, and strong from the central to local levels; gradually ensuring quantity and synchronization of structure.
On behalf of the Party Committee and the Command's leadership, Major General Le Ngoc Chau would like to express his deepest gratitude to the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security's leadership, and the Board of Directors of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics for their attention, support, and facilitation for the Mobile Police Command to report to the leaders, delegates, and the Training Class on the process of building and developing the force.
At the same time, thank the Executive Committee, the Management Board and the comrades of the Training Class for Planning Cadres of the 14th Party Central Committee for taking the time to visit, study the reality and contribute valuable opinions to the Mobile Police force.
Commander Le Ngoc Chau also expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Central Committees, ministries, branches and local Party committees and authorities. In particular, the localities where the Mobile Police units are stationed, such as: Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Thua Thien Hue, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Dong Nai, Binh Thuan, Tra Vinh, have always coordinated to create conditions and help the officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police force to successfully complete their tasks.
During the field study, leaders, delegates and students of the Training Course were able to watch officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Command report on training results; practice handling situations of large crowds causing public disorder and watch a documentary about the 50-year process of building, fighting and developing the Mobile Police force.
