Honoring the top 10 Vietnamese Golden Star brands 2024

Top 10 Golden Stars of Vietnam 2024 have total assets in 2023 of nearly 2.5 million billion VND, revenue in 2023 reaching 230 trillion VND.

On the evening of December 24, 2024, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association held the 2024 Vietnam Golden Star Award Ceremony.

Attending the ceremony were Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and representatives of leaders of a number of ministries, branches and central agencies.

Speaking at the 2024 Vietnam Golden Star Awards Ceremony, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh affirmed: The Party and State always attach importance to and appreciate the role of enterprises, considering them an important driving force for the country's economic development and growth. In the era of national development, it is none other than entrepreneurs and enterprises who are the main agents making the country prosperous, rich, and the people happy and prosperous.

The Deputy Prime Minister assessed that the business community has demonstrated a proactive and creative spirit, constantly striving to adapt to market changes, seizing opportunities, overcoming challenges, and affirming its position domestically and internationally. The achievements of the award-winning entrepreneurs and businesses are the clearest evidence of that spirit. The award is not only an occasion to honor but also a deep gratitude for the outstanding contributions of the business community, including the young business community.

In the new development phase, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized, entrepreneurs must recognize the major trends shaping the world and proactively adapt. It is entrepreneurs who play the role of pioneering, promoting new trends, new technologies and bringing sustainable values.

The Vietnam Golden Star Award 2024 was launched in July 2024. After selection from provinces, cities and units, 293 enterprises from 53 provinces and cities across the country were nominated to participate in the Award.

The voting council has selected the Top 10 - Top 100 - Top 200 Golden Star brands of Vietnam in 2024. In which, the Council has selected 20 most typical enterprises of industry groups and products to vote by secret ballot to select the Top 10.

Enterprises are selected based on the main criteria of total assets, equity, total revenue, budget contribution, profit after tax, profit margin/equity contribution, number of employees... The 200 enterprises winning the Vietnam Golden Star Award 2024 have total assets in 2023 of 8 million billion VND; revenue in 2023 of 799,000 billion VND, profit of 115,000 billion VND, budget contribution of 65,000 billion VND and creating jobs for 405,000 employees.

The Top 10 Golden Stars of Vietnam 2024 alone have total assets in 2023 of nearly 2.5 million billion VND, revenue in 2023 of 230,000 billion VND, profit of 36,500 billion VND, budget contribution of 19,000 billion VND and creating jobs for 106,000 workers.

Top 10 Golden Stars of Vietnam 2024 include the following brands: FPT Joint Stock Company (FPT); Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ); Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV); Vietnam National Shipping Lines - JSC (VIMC); Tan A Dai Thanh Group Investment Joint Stock Company (TAN A DAI THANH); Stavian Chemical Joint Stock Company (STAVIAN CHEMICAL); KIDO Group Joint Stock Company (KIDO GROUP); Khang Dien House Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (KHANG DIEN); Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC); Traphaco Joint Stock Company (TRAPHACO).
