Mr. Hoang Viet Trung, Director of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, presented books about Hue heritage to Mr. Franck Bolgiani, Director of the Institute of Legal Affairs during his visit and work at the Center.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed many important contents, opening up many opportunities for cooperation in 2025: An Dinh Palace conservation project, related to registering for funding from the French Government through UNESCO to preserve and promote the value of the relic in the period of 2026-2028. A series of activities about King Ham Nghi, including the Art Exhibition "Heaven, Mountain, Water/Allusive Panorama" on March 24 at Kien Trung Palace - Hue Imperial City and a scientific seminar on the life and art of King Ham Nghi, scheduled for March 26, at the French Institute in Hue. Mr. Franck Bolgiani and the leaders of the Hue Monuments Conservation Center also discussed the content of cooperation in collecting documents in France, at the same time, promoting research, digitization and archiving of Nguyen Dynasty documents.

The two sides agreed to cooperate in culture and art at the Hue Festival 2025; in which, the French Embassy will support the introduction of a French band to participate in the Hue International Music Week, taking place in December 2025.

The visit and working session of the Director of the French Institute in Hanoi with the Hue Monuments Conservation Center was a great success, marking an important step forward in the cooperative relationship between the Center and the French Institute, contributing to the preservation and promotion of the values ​​of Hue cultural heritage.
