On January 23, THACO held a conference to deploy the 2025 operation and management plan to evaluate the results achieved in 2024, and at the same time set out goals, strategies and improve management work in 2025.
The conference was attended by Mr. Tran Ba Duong - Chairman of THACO Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Hung Minh - Permanent Vice Chairman of THACO Board of Directors; Mr. Pham Van Tai - General Director of THACO; Board of Directors of 6 TĐTV; Leaders and Potential Personnel of THACO's Basic International Personnel Boards; Leaders of Management Blocks/Corporations; Leaders and Potential Personnel of TĐTV's Basic International Personnel Boards at the Executive Office.
Speaking at the opening of the Conference, THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong emphasized: “This Conference is of great significance in implementing the 2025 production and business plan and orientation to 2027. The goal is to build THACO with its member corporations operating effectively, enhancing competitiveness in the global market. THACO and its member corporations need to identify and implement production and business plans, manage them consistently, operate effectively, and implement them resolutely and seriously to meet larger goals. In addition, we need to identify differences in strategy, improve management capacity, and move towards a "digital industry" model in the future."
According to Chairman of the Board of Directors Tran Ba Duong, 2025 is also the foundation year in the journey to implement the 5-year Plan (2023 - 2027), with the goal of completing the governance model of a large-scale multi-industry group by 2027 with a complete governance platform and successfully applying digital transformation.
In the new phase, THACO and its subsidiaries focus on the digital transformation plan with the ERP system as the core platform, deployed throughout THACO. Digital transformation of business processes is considered the core task of the Boards of Directors, aiming for comprehensive management on a digital platform.
In addition, human resource development is identified as a key factor. THACO will focus on training, coaching and rejuvenating its workforce, combining experienced experts with dynamic young resources to meet new requirements. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO also shared practical examples of human resources in agriculture to implement a large-scale production model, integrating circulation, improving productivity and quality, along with the results achieved in other areas of THACO.
He also emphasized the industrial philosophy, emphasizing discipline, quality and creativity to create real value. 2025 is a pivotal year, also the first step to comprehensively upgrade management and develop the team to lay a solid foundation for long-term goals to 2027 and beyond.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of THACO awarded 4 outstanding individuals in 2024, to recognize their contributions and encourage employees to continue to strive to complete their tasks well in the new year 2025.
