Accordingly, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu requested the Provincial People's Committee Office to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and localities to increase the rate of real-time data on the provincial IOC system; develop a roadmap and specific plan to improve the reporting system, meet the management of the Provincial People's Committee leaders and exploit and use data of departments, branches, sectors and localities in real time, thereby gradually reducing paper reporting.
Starting from September 2024, at the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee to evaluate the direction and administration work, the socio-economic situation of the province, departments and branches will report directly on the provincial IOC system, not report on paper; develop and submit to the Provincial People's Committee to issue the Operating Regulations of the provincial IOC in September 2024.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu also requested the Department of Information and Communications to preside over working with relevant departments and branches to provide data on Smart Quang Nam to serve people's information lookup needs, focusing on priority in the fields of health, education, trade, culture, and tourism; develop and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for promulgation the Operating Regulations of Smart Quang Nam and Egov Quang Nam in September 2024; work with the Department of Finance to arrange funding to maintain the system and update information on Smart Quang Nam and Egov Quang Nam after investment.
Departments, branches, sectors and localities urgently deploy specialized databases, proactively coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to connect and share data on the Provincial Shared Database Warehouse, the Provincial Open Data Service Portal, Smart Quang Nam, Egov Quang Nam and the Provincial IOC.
