Abu Dhabi Ports Group is a subsidiary of IHC operating in the fields of logistics, industrial park and free trade zone development. Sirius International Holding is a subsidiary of IHC operating in the fields of digital transformation, providing digital solutions and information technology.
IHC has invested in Vietnam through TTEK Company, operating in the field of providing technology solutions for the customs industry and digital payment solutions.
Affirming that Vietnam is a top strategic priority, IHC representative said that they are exploring cooperation opportunities in the fields of seaports, logistics, along with digital transformation, smart cities, duty-free zones, etc.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh welcomed and highly appreciated the UAE group’s effective business operations in recent times. The group’s two areas of interest, infrastructure and digital transformation, are also major priorities for Vietnam.
With the spirit of "harmonious benefits and shared risks", Vietnam commits to creating all favorable conditions and maintaining a stable environment for foreign investors in general and UAE investors in particular to invest in effective, long-term and sustainable business.
The Prime Minister suggested that Abu Dhabi Ports Group, with its resources, experience and modern management capacity, will coordinate with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Transport and relevant ministries and sectors of Vietnam to research and implement specific investment cooperation projects in the infrastructure sector.
In addition, Sirius International Holding and businesses in the IHC network will cooperate with the National Innovation Center (NIC) in particular and expand cooperation with Vietnam in the field of digital transformation in the coming time.
On this occasion, Abu Dhabi Ports Group signed a memorandum of understanding with the Vietnam Maritime Administration (Ministry of Transport); Sirius International Holding signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Digital Transformation Agency (Ministry of Information and Communications).

Equinor is Norway's largest energy company, majority owned by the state. Equinor's 2022 profit reached 75 billion USD. With 50 years of experience and technology in offshore construction and installation, and more than 10 years of operation in the offshore wind power sector, Equinor is a leading company in the energy sector, especially offshore wind power.
Equinor leaders said they have opened an office in Hanoi and wish to promote cooperation with the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group to contribute to the development of the offshore wind power industry in Vietnam, participating in the green transition.
The Prime Minister asked Equinor to continue effectively implementing existing projects, cooperate well with the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and relevant agencies in surveying and implementing renewable energy source and transmission projects, offshore wind power, serving domestic demand and export.
Vietnam will create the most favorable conditions and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, remove difficulties and obstacles, in the spirit of harmonious benefits and shared risks.
